Purdue Food Science PhD student Morgan Malm participated in the 2019 USDA Biopreferred Stakeholder Summit in Atlanta, Georgia September 9th thru 11th

Morgan and Indiana Soybean Alliance (ISA) hosted a table with signage about Morgan’s soy-based straw and she presented a short speech about the Purdue Student Soybean Innovation Competition and her winning product.  Morgan shared the technology used in the soy-based straw, the value gained from the Soy Competition and the next steps towards commercialization for her team and product.
