The goal of the Leadership Institute is to develop leadership skills and enhance the success of post-tenure faculty. Considerable evidence suggests that women benefit from coaching as they work toward professional advancement. ADVANCE-Purdue and the Center for Faculty Success is proud to offer a personalized career coaching opportunity for female STEM professors. In collaboration with the Susan Butler Center for Leadership Excellence, PCFS has developed a Career Coaching opportunity for female post-tenure STEM faculty. The coaching cohort will be led by former Purdue Trustee Susan Butler, expert in career coaching.
The Coaching Cohort will meet with Susan once per month during the academic year. Participation in the cohort will provide an opportunity for personalize career coaching and networking. The cohort is open to all STEM female associate professors and full professors within 2 years of promotion. Cohorts are no larger than 10 participants.
Many successful women in academia, industry and government state that the coaching they received played an important role in their success. The cohort meets monthly for group and personal career coaching. If you are interested in career coaching, please contact email@example.com.

- What do you want to have achieved in 5 years?
- Based on your aspiration, what 2 or 3 goals do you want to have achieved in the next year?
- Who is on your team to help make your goals happen?
