Women's Cancers
The only way to decrease cancer incidence is to inhibit the development of malignancies via preventive interventions and detection of precursor signs of the disease. Understanding the role of environmental, nutritional and other lifestyle factors would lead to a comprehensive prevention program for women. There is research strength at Purdue in the identification of effective strategies for prevention as we challenge traditional forward testing of modifiable risk factors using current methodology.Ignacio Camarillo
