University policy update

The Executive Policy Review Group took action on two policies at its September meeting. Revisions to the policies noted below are effective Sept. 29.
* Violent Behavior (IV.A.3): Updates to this policy align it with current practices and regulations and format it into the new policy template.
* Nepotism (III.B.3): Revisions to this policy update and supersede the executive memorandum that was previously in effect regarding the topic (C-37).
