Patient portal provides ease, convenience for managing medical information

Accessing the Center for Healthy Living is easier than ever with the use of the patient portal. Via the portal, employees have the ability to quickly and easily make appointments, communicate with providers, access personal health records, refill prescriptions, browse a medical library and more.

"The patient portal provides our clients the ability to manage their health right at their fingertips from wherever they are," says Millie Fenneman, practice administrator at the center. "Our goal is to increase the number of employees using the portal for their health care needs. In this hectic and busy world, we want to ensure our clients can access their health care needs and providers with the most ease and convenience possible."

Employees currently using the portal will notice improved functionality, and its mobile-friendly capabilities are another bonus. Employees can download the Premise Health app on any mobile device for added convenience.

Those who have not yet registered for the portal are encouraged to do so via the link above. To register, employees will enter their work email, employee ID and date of birth to begin the process. Once registered, employees can access the portal with their email and password of their choice.

For more information about the Center for Healthy Living or the patient portal, contact Tammy Ridge, health center manager, at 49-45505.
