Ashley Burgess (IT Infrastructure Services): I’d like to give a huge shoutout to Ashley Burgess and her team of students. With literally no advance notice, she assisted our team (Student Life IT) and University Residences with some nonstandard work. Not something her team traditionally does, but she said “yes, I can assist” and threw staff to quickly assist. Additionally, she quickly found and loaned equipment to us for a week and even sent a student employee to Aspire to assist with little advance notice.
