Patty Rigdon (EM Operating): From the first day Patty came into her position, she hit the ground running. From organizing the office resources to helping ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day activities to providing a welcome presence in the office, Patty provides great service to all who call and visit. She has taken the lead on a number of initiatives without being prompted, is proactive, forward-thinking and eager to learn, and goes over and above to ensure the work that has been entrusted to her gets done timely and proficiently. Despite her busy schedule and numerous demands from many of us, Patty always responds quickly and provides excellent service to many different departments. She excels at going the extra mile when emergencies arise. She can think on her feet like no other that I have worked with.
