Thumbs Up

Kim Mullen and Jill Hufford

Kim Mullen and Jill Hufford (both College of Agriculture, business office): I have just completed my first year as the business assistant clerk in Agricultural Economics. Kim and Jill deserve more than a "Thumbs Up" for their kindness and willingness to train. They have gone above and beyond to make me a part of the team. Thank you, Kim and Jill, for a year of learning and growth. – Laurie Kender (College of Agriculture, business office)

Jason Ludlow, Deon Fields and Wyatt Johnson

Jason Ludlow, Deon Fields and Wyatt Johnson (all Materials Management Distribution): The College of Education IT team wants to give a big thanks and "Thumbs Up" to Jason, Deon and Wyatt from the Purdue Warehouse for their hard work in picking up several pallets worth of computer equipment in December. Their positive attitude and hard work freed up needed space so we could continue to serve our community, and will allow the equipment they collected to be reused or recycled. – Mike Harrington (College of Education)

Aaron Sprout

Aaron Sprout (IT Infrastructure Services): Aaron was a rock star at helping get the PSUB emails access set up correctly! Aaron spent a lot of time helping ensure all the students had the right permissions and account names for the semester. We appreciate the hard work, efforts and all the patience. Thank you, Aaron! – Chelsea Schwab (Student Activities, Organizations and Purdue Memorial Union)

Cary Quadrangle Building Services staff

Cary Quadrangle Building Services staff: Building Services staff (Oscar Jimenez, Yolanda Montoya, Mariela Martinez, Nathan Lee and Dave Ratliff) along with Operations and Maintenance staff responded to a flood at Cary Quadrangle during winter recess. Building Services staff (Jimmy Muthig, Chrissy Campbell, Greg Gick, Nathan Lee and Kimmy Dimond) were a huge help in working to scrub the floors and put new sealant down after the floors were damaged from the steam leak. This took the staff a couple of days to complete. The team worked hard to have the floors up and ready before students returned from their vacation. I am proud of their hard efforts to get the floors back to the original cleanliness with the help of their crew chief, Janice Worley. Very impressive how the teams all worked together to accomplish the work in a timely manner. — Joanne Frye (Building Services - Residence Halls)
