Engineering Computer Network team

Engineering Computer Network team: ECN has been amazing as several PPI advisors and administrators have moved into the new Dudley building. They have also been repurposing laptops from PPI to advisor usage. They have been patient, on the spot and helpful in completing all these transitions. Greg Meyer (Operations and Maintenance): A big thank you to Greg Meyer, cabinetmaker in the carpentry shop. Greg worked quickly and diligently to accommodate a student’s request to replace a damaged countertop in their room over the holiday break. Greg worked to align his time to meet the student’s request and achieved the deadline while producing quality work. Tom Frooninckx

Tom Frooninckx (Purdue Polytechnic Institute): Many faculty and staff made the big move from Knoy Hall to the new Gateway Complex that opened in January. Tom kept everyone well informed about packing, self-moving, scheduled movers and transitioning into new offices and lab spaces. The details of his messaging left little to question, as things went very smoothly during finals week and the week before spring semester. Great job, Tom! – T.R. Brenda Serrano (Building Services): Thank you for being in the right place at the time. Brenda noticed a co-worker in the hallway who did not look like he was feeling well. Brenda grabbed a chair, sat the co-worker down and immediately called 911.
