In her short time here, she has not only succeeded but excelled in her role so much that she was asked to move to another, more challenging hall. Maddie has made huge strides in her clerical abilities in addition to building meaningful relationships with student staff, residents and professional staff. Maddie has been involved in many initiatives, including, but not limited to, the Residential Housing Operations Training Committee, student staff hiring and student staff appreciation. She inspires students and full-time staff alike to show up enthusiastically and authentically and proves daily that work can and should be fun. Overall, Maddie does an excellent job in her role, and I know she will continue to grow and prosper in her future. – Maddie Williams (Third Street Suites)
