View Jobs and Apply

How do I apply to positions?

If you're an internal applicant (currently work at Purdue), apply through the internal job site:

  • Navigate to https://one.purdue.edu/
  • Select Employee Launchpad
  • Log-in with your Purdue Career Account and BoilerKey
  • Navigate to Careers
  • Input Keyword "Student" to view student postings

If you're an external applicant (do not currently work at Purdue), you'll apply through the external job site:

  • Navigate to the Purdue Student Job Postings page here.
  • Click on the position you're interested in to learn more
  • To apply, click the 'Apply Now' button and log-in. If you've never logged in before, you'll need to create an account.
  • Note: The external job site does not use BoilerKey to log-in.

Beware of Job Scams

All Purdue positions are posted in SuccessFactors. If you receive an email about an opportunity and it does not direct you to SuccessFactors or careers.purdue.edu to apply, it may be a scam. Never click on hyperlinks in emails you're unsure of.

Scam emails may appear to come from someone at Purdue, but they are not legitimate job opportunities. If you receive an email about a job and are not sure if it's real, do the following:

  • Look up the person in the Purdue Directory and see if the email address in the directory matches what is in the email you received.
    • If not, you know for sure it is spam.
    • If it does, look at the person's description. Are they a staff or faculty member? If not, it is most likely a scam. If they are, send the person an email stating you are interested in the position. However, do not reply directly to the email you received. Instead, create a brand new email, copy and paste their address from the Purdue Directory into the new email you created, and add the email you previously received as an attachment. If they email you back saying they did not send the email, then you know for sure it is a scam and it should be reported.
If you ever believe an email is a scam, never reply directly to it. More tips on scam and spam emails can be found on the SPAM Filtering website. To report a scam email, visit ITaP's Report Security Incident page.
