Crane work to impact parking near Hawkins Hall throughout summer

Updated July 3, 2024 to reflect a new schedule for July.

The parking spaces located on the east side of Sheetz Street near the entrance to Hawkins Hall will be unavailable during some weekends this summer to facilitate crane work. The spaces will be unavailable during the following dates:

• Friday, May 17 – Monday, May 20
• Friday, June 14 – Monday, June 17
• Friday, June 21 – Monday, June 24
• Friday, July 12 – Monday, July 15

The U-shaped drive off Wood Street will also be closed during the crane work, starting at 7:30 a.m. on each Saturday and Sunday.

Access to the loading dock will still be available.

Motorists, pedestrians and bicyclists should be cautious in the area, obey all posted signs and fencing and seek an alternate route if possible.
