Nominations to open Monday (Aug. 26) for this year’s AO Annual Staff Awards
Nominations for this year’s AO Annual Staff Awards are set to open Monday (Aug. 26). The awards are an opportunity to recognize staff who excel in customer service, demonstrate the AO guiding principles or are outstanding leaders. Managers are encouraged to nominate one or more of their employees using the online nomination form.
Awards are open to any full-time Administrative Operations employee with no disciplinary actions on file and an overall performance rating of at least meets expectations on their most recent performance review. Nominees must be employed by AO at the time of nomination and award presentation.
Nominations must be submitted by an employee’s manager by 11:59 p.m. on Sept. 13.
The Administrative Operations executive leadership will select the award recipients. One winner will be selected for each award. The winners will receive a monetary gift, award and certificate during a presentation at the annual staff appreciation meal on Oct. 16.
