Reminder: Submit online form before new employee starts to qualify for referral bonus

As a reminder, the Referral Bonus Program is open to all AO staff who successfully refer someone for any open position within the organization. To qualify, both the referred candidate and the referring employee must meet the following criteria:

Referred Candidate Requirements:
  • Must be a new Purdue employee
  • Meet the qualifications for an existing, open position with Administrative Operations
  • Complete a 90-day provisional period
  • Must put the employee’s name in the job application in SuccessFactors
Referring Employee Requirements:
  • Must be an AO staff member (excluding Vice President-level employees, Human Resources or managers with hiring authority over the referred candidate)
  • Must complete an online referral form before the candidate starts the new position. If the form is not submitted prior to the referred employee starting, the employee will not be eligible for the referral bonus.
