Updates on Sheetz Street and Dauch Alumni Center parking lot as projects continue

Several restrictions remain in place along Sheetz Street as work continues on projects in the area.

Northbound lane and sidewalk restrictions along Sheetz Street from Wood Street to Mitch Daniels Boulevard remain in place. The southbound lane of Sheetz Street between Wood and Harrison streets is currently closed with street parking unavailable while the northbound lane remains open. At this time, Sheetz Street should only be used for local traffic and not as a through road.

Additionally, a section of Wood Street east of Sheetz Street remains closed in both directions. To help with traffic control, the entrance to the Dauch Alumni Center parking lot off Wood Street is scheduled to close tomorrow (March 21) afternoon. The closure is expected to last until January 2026. The parking lot entrance off Grant Street will remain open.
