Admission to the Dual-title PhD requires admission to and good standing with an approved graduate degree program at Purdue University. You should first apply to, and be accepted in, your desired home department. After admission to a graduate degree program at Purdue University, a student must also submit an application to the Gerontology Program countersigned by the student's academic advisor. An interview with the director of the Gerontology Program will then be scheduled. Students who have completed graduate courses in gerontology at another university should contact the program regarding transfer of credit.
