The various spaces in the Bechtel Innovation Design Center contain resources that pose unique safety hazards to those nearby. It is the Center’s first and foremost desire to ensure that each student member is made aware of the hazards, prohibitions, and requirements of each space before they enter and that they are thoroughly trained on safe operation before utilizing the Center’s resources.

Student training is done through a combination of the Center’s Brightspace page and in-person training.
