In accordance with the Bylaws, a special meeting of the Executive Committee of the Purdue University Board of Trustees will convene on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. EST in Stewart Center, Room 326, on the Purdue University West Lafayette campus.

Members of the committees of the Board of Trustees, including the Executive Committee, may participate by means of electronic communication, pursuant to Article III, Section 3 of the Bylaws and the Electronic Meeting Policy. Pursuant to Article V, Section 1 of the Bylaws, during intervals between meetings of the Board, and subject to such limitations as may be required by law or specifically imposed by action of the Board, the Executive Committee has the authority to exercise all of the powers of the Board.
