Letter of Invitation for International Students' Families
The Office of the Registrar will provide a Letter of Invitation to assist graduates whose guests need to apply for a visa in order to attend their student’s commencement ceremony.
The Letter of Invitation will be e-mailed back to the graduate, only if the graduate is a candidate for the current term, who can then forward it to the guests for use in documenting their visa request.
We prioritize current term over future term requests. Please allow at least 10 business days to receive. Receipt of an invitation letter does not guarantee candidate status or participation in the ceremony.
