Field Vehicle

The capabilities of the S-BRITE Center are enhanced considerably because of its field vehicle. The Mercedes Sprinter provides a mobile lab equipped with all of the data acquisition equipment, tools, and materials needed for S-BRITE Center Researchers to respond to every need of bridge owners and their consultants. Some projects have been well planned in advance, while others have required mobilization within hours of notification. Researchers at S-BRITE Center have experience with both, and a key part of that ability to respond is the field vehicle. A sampling of those projects can be found here.
