Katie McNamee

The Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Program is pleased to welcome Katie McNamee as an ENTR 46000 instructor. Katie graduated from Purdue with Highest Distinction for her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Relations and Strategic Communications, was enrolled in the Honors College, and earned the Certificate of Entrepreneurship and Innovation. ENTR 46000: Internship and Career Preparation Seminar equips students with professional skills based on entrepreneurship competencies required for internships and careers.

As the founder of Elevate Online, Katie helps consultants, entrepreneurs, and creatives build meaningful relationships with their customers through branding and digital marketing services. Since starting Elevate in 2016, she’s worked with dozens of businesses across multiple industries and is passionate about helping business owners achieve strategic and creative marketing success.

Katie is, also, the Co-Founder of LEAP. LEAP’s programs help individuals start consulting businesses swiftly, smartly, and with support. Since launching in 2017, LEAP has helped thousands of people explore independent consulting. Katie co-founded LEAP with Kris Taylor, an expert consultant and her former Purdue instructor.

In 2022, Katie joined the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of Indiana’s Board and is a passionate advocate for those with IBD.
