Use the graphical representation of the two fundamental equations for determining the shear force V(x) and bending moment M(x) along the length of the beam:
V(x) = V(x0) + ∫p(x)dx
M(x) = M(x0) + ∫V(x)dx
You will also find it useful to use the derivative version of the shear force/bending moment equation in constructing the bending moment diagram:
dM/dx = V
