Obtaining Access to the Graduate School Database

Access to the Graduate School Web Database can be granted to any faculty or staff member at any Purdue University campus with an academic interest in graduate student information, including involvement with a graduate student's electronic plan of study.

To obtain the link to access it, please send an email to gradweb@purdue.edu. �� The link, as well as instructions to help you get started, will be sent to you.

The default method of authentication for the database is your Purdue Career Account.� All Purdue faculty and staff should have a Career Account. � If you know your Career Account user id and password, simply use them on the Graduate School Database login screen.�� If you do not know your Career Account login information, you will need to contact the ITaP Customer Service Center at (765) 494-4000, or email them at itap@purdue.edu.

The Graduate School provides an alternate option for faculty and staff at Purdue University who are not able to use their Purdue Career Account to access the Graduate School Database.� If you need to use this option, please send an email to gradweb@purdue.edu with the following information:
