Monday through Friday
Academic School Year - 8 am to 9 pm
Summer Hours - 8 am to 5 pm (starts in May, please call PGSCenter for updates)

If you are needing any information about campus or Greater Lafayette, Jill Spencer at the lobby desk at PGSC is a great resource! She has lived in the area for over 45 years. Feel free to stop in and see her or contact her at 765-496-0400.
As the Building Deputy she also schedules space reservations within the Center and is the ACE Campus Food Pantry pop-up coordinator. If you wish to use the Center for any specific time or any size group, please make a room reservation.
Building Uses
We would like for grad students to please make the PGSC your home on campus! It is located in the heart of campus and is a welcoming place with many features. We welcome any suggestions you may have to make the Center your place, a better one!
Room 105 A & B
The large conference room that is a multi-purpose room for events, group or individual study space. The entire room can accommodate a group up to 60 people. The room is equipped with two overhead projections with computer stations. It also has a room divider which allows for groups up to 30 on the section A side of the room and up to 18 on the section B side to have study sessions together. You are welcome to re-arrange the tables and chairs, as long as, the room is returned to its original set up and all areas are wiped down with the provided sanitizer.
The Lounge
This area is equipped with study tables, high-quality printer, computer station, large screen TV to watch your favorite shows, catch up on the news or play X-Box (which can be checked out from the front desk). We also have a piano keyboard with headsets. There are couches and comfy chairs for you have a relaxing meal or sit and talk with friends!
The Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with drink and snack vending machines, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer to store your lunch/dinner. We require every person to please put their name and the date on your items being stored. Also please read the rules posted. We also have a coffee pot and/or coffee urns available for large meetings. We require for each person to please clean the areas you use.
Basement Study Area
A secluded, spacious area with WIFI, study tables and an area to hold group meetings.
Room 108
This room is perfect for groups and is equipped with a large board room table, white board. This room will hold up to 12 people, plus has a computer station with large TV monitor.
Room 112
If you or a group up to 4 people need a place that is quiet and professional. We have dedicated this room for private meetings and/or interviews. We allow each person to scheduled 60-90 minutes sessions. (one per day)
