Celebrating Our Faculty

Yiwei Huang and Steve Hallett received awards.

We were delighted to celebrate 3 of our faculty at the College’s Celebration of Teaching event this week!

Dr. Yiwei Huang was recognized as the 2024-25 winner of the John T. Taylor Excellence in Teaching Innovation Award and Dr. Steve Hallett was recognized with the 2024-25 Richard L. Kohls Outstanding Undergraduate Teaching Award Recipient.

In addition, Dr. Yiwei Huang was recognized as a Teach for Tomorrow Junior Fellow and Dr. Kathryn Orvis was recognized as a Member of the Teaching Academy.
