Purdue University Earned Tree Campus USA Designation for 15th Consecutive Year

For the 15th year running, Purdue University has earned the Tree Campus USA designation within higher education.  Campus Arborist Peter Vaughn, Crew Chief Jason Kilgour with the support of the entire Grounds Department, led the initiative in completing the criteria for the designation and the continued work of the Campus Tree Care Plan which fosters healthy trees.  Many thanks to Campus Planning, Departments of Horticulture, Forestry and the Purdue Arboretum for the various student engagement and project/event support. The collaboration across the many areas of Administrative Operations, University Departments and industry partners makes for a nice team effort!
