HLA welcomes Kristina Cooley, who joined us as our Graduate Program Coordinator/Landscape Architecture Administrative Assistant earlier this week.

Hi Everyone,

I’m excited to be joining the HLA team! I have 25+ years of experience in agriculture in one form or another. I get the question often: Why Ag? For me, it’s the People-Opportunity-Variety-Mission. I have a passion to make a difference.

My family consists of my husband of 1 year, Justin, my sons, Seth and Trace, and daughter Stella. We also have two furry babies, Journey and Motely.

In my spare time, I like to travel, explore, and spend time with my family. We enjoy attending and watching most sporting events. Go CARDS! In the spring, we like to mushroom hunt. I am also a big fan of true crime shows.

Just being with my family and friends is what gives me the most joy.
