Dr. Ying Li Lab – Department of Horticulture & Landscape Architecture

Li Lab

By linking crop traits with gene networks, the Li lab supports a world where genomics technology empowers food availability and quality.

In the Li lab, we are interested in studying how plant gene networks are regulated by the environment and developmental cues at transcriptional and chromatin levels, with the overall goal to increase agriculture productivity and environmental sustainability!
