SuccessFactors Training Documentation for Human Resources
Training documentation is a combination of Quick Reference Guides, Business Processes and Forms. These are designed for Purdue Global Human Resources, Payroll and Supervisors resonsible for initiating or approving actions.Positions within SuccessFactors can be created and edited.
Employee Data Changes are defined include pay changes such as demotions, promotions or FTE changes. It also includes reclassifications, transfers, terminations and other changes that impact the employee's record.

Merit Training Resources
There are several roles within SuccessFactors for the merit process. Each role has specific tasks they will accomplish.
The Compensation Manager role is appointed to a person (not a position) who is responsible for merit planning and assigning increases. A person can have both roles, Compensation Manager and One-up Compensation Manager.
