Human Resources Mission, Vision, and Strategic Goals For You

New Employee Orientation

The first step to a great career at Purdue starts with orienting yourself with the University. During your first 30 days it will be important to select appropriate benefits, complete any regulatory or required training and (more importantly) connect with our boilermaker community. This self-paced orientation contains presentations from Human Resources, Information Technology and Environmental Health and Public Safety, along with required training completions and other important resources.

Prior to your first day, all new employees receive a link in an email to the Welcome to Purdue webpage that provides information on how to set-up the Purdue Career Account Password  and BoilerKey; how to request the Purdue ID Card; documentation needed for section 2 of the I-9, and how to access SuccessFactors. Please review the Your Onboarding Guide for additional information such as Parking Permits and Purdue ID Cards.
