In the Assistive Technology Lab (ATL), students can use a wide variety of assistive technologies to meet their information access and computing needs. These include stand-alone equipment, adaptive software, and adaptive hardware.

Assistive Listening Systems
Assistive Listening Systems are available in several classrooms on Purdue’s campus. These systems can be helpful to individuals who are hard of hearing or in other ways benefit from amplification of the instructor’s voice.
Assistive Technology Availability in other ITaP Labs
Most Assistive Technology Lab software can be made available in other computer labs across campus for class use. Please contact the Assistive Technology Lab staff for more information.

Location of the Assistive Technology Lab
The Assistive Technology Lab is located in Stewart Center Room 111 (STEW 111).
Computers in this lab are only usable by approved students. For more information, please see our policy statement.
