Mr. Thomas "Tom" McDuffee retired as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Saint Gobain in Muncie, Indiana. He began with the company when it was known as Ball-Foster, prior to its acquisition by the French company Saint-Gobain. Mr. McDuffee was Chairman of the Krannert School Alumni Association Dauch Center for the Management of Manufacturing Enterprise, and has been instrumental in recruiting students and the Doster Leadership Conference.
