• Monday through Friday (excluding University Holidays)
• 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Standard Support

• Standard support requests for web hosting and related services must be submitted through the ticket system.
• This can be done by sending an email to tickets-webservices@purdue.edu.
• Service tickets are handled during our standard support hours.

Reporting Site or Service Outages

1. Send an email to tickets-webservices@purdue.edu, which will open a ticket.
2. If this is a production outage, call the Purdue IT Service Desk at (765) 494-4000.
3. Provide your ticket number to the Service Desk representative, let them know that this is a production outage, and request that it be escalated to the Web Services on-call.
