Standard Support
- Standard support requests for web hosting and related services must be submitted through the ticket system.
- This can be done by sending an email to tickets-webservices@purdue.edu.
- Service tickets are handled during our standard support hours.
Reporting Site or Service Outages
- Send an email to tickets-webservices@purdue.edu, which will open a ticket.
- If this is a production outage, call the Purdue IT Service Desk at (765) 494-4000.
- Provide your ticket number to the Service Desk representative, let them know that this is a production outage, and request that it be escalated to the Web Services on-call.
