Redesigned SuccessFactors homepage to launch Thursday

An updated SuccessFactors homepage will be deployed Thursday (Sept. 8) with the goal of enhancing the overall user experience and providing more targeted content.

SuccessFactors, Purdue’s human capital management system, helps manage employee records, performance appraisals, payroll, learning activities and more. It can be accessed through the Employee Launchpad on OneCampus.

A webpage has been created to walk users through the new homepage with a video tour, and Frequently Asked Questions are also available.

Users will first notice a new welcome banner, featuring a Purdue-branded image. The new homepage provides Quick Actions tiles across the top for users to quickly access their profile, time off, organizational charts and more. Approvals (or other items that need attention) will appear below the tiles. If the user has no approvals to complete, this section will not be visible.

Organizational Updates are Purdue-specific items, such as viewing pay statements, while Additional Information contains Purdue-specific access to the Human Resources website and more.

Quick Actions tiles, approvals and For You Today are all role-based, meaning it will not be displayed for users who do not need that action.
