One Hour With HR sessions in May to focus on managing conflict

One Hour With HR learning segments, featuring both in-person and virtual options, were introduced in late 2023 to provide staff and supervisors opportunities to become better informed about relevant HR topics and to connect with others. In May, sessions will focus on managing conflict.

The sessions will cover tactics for managing conflict through difficult conversations. Both employees and supervisors will learn tips and strategies for conflict resolution. Other topics include how to identify when conversations are needed, how to prepare for them, how to create a blueprint for the conversation, and what tactics can help manage the conversation.
