New Concur cost estimates feature launching Oct. 1
On Oct. 1, a new Concur feature will launch that uses artificial intelligence to provide cost estimates for employee travel, simplifying the planning process.
Using this new Request Assistant feature, employees can input travel details to receive estimates and explanations. These estimates are automatically added to travel requests, with an option to include additional expenses before submission.
The Request Assistant will be available for all travel requests, and users can turn it on or off during the creation of a travel booking/request. A Quick Reference Guide is available for assistance. For questions on this new feature, please contact purduetravel@purdue.edu.
