She has not only effectively managed and supported the staff under her supervision but has also taken the initiative to enhance the center’s operations. Her leadership has been instrumental in the successful launch of a new software system that has significantly improved our team’s efficiency and ability to serve students with disabilities. This innovation has streamlined processes, enabling the team to better meet the diverse needs of our student population. Mandie’s commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment is evident in the positive impact she has had on both her team and the students it serves. Dave Taylor and the wastewater team (Distribution Systems): I had asked Dave if it was possible to raise a sewer drain that was causing issues for my team and our equipment.
