AllOne Health now available 24/7/365 to provide mental health, well-being services

Human Resources has announced the new Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider for West Lafayette and Indianapolis, AllOne Health. Access to these services began Jan. 1 for all benefits-eligible employees in West Lafayette and Indianapolis and their dependents covered on a Purdue health plan.

AllOne Health offers confidential and professional support via a whole health approach to help individuals deal with life’s challenges and demands, both personally and professionally. AllOne Health clinicians have expertise and clinical knowledge and are well-versed in helping clients of all ages, from young children up to the elderly.

Individuals are able to access confidential, professional counseling as well as expert referrals to help them navigate a wide array of personal and work-related concerns, including, but not limited to: 

  • Stress
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Family or parenting conflicts
  • Grief
  • Marital or relationship problems
  • Substance abuse
  • Unhealthy lifestyles
  • Violence
  • Workplace difficulties

Via AllOne Health, individuals have access to:

  • Member portal access 24/7/365, including a mobile app option
  • Mental health sessions
  • Life coaching services
  • Work-life resources and referrals
  • Legal referrals
  • Financial consultation
  • Personal assistance
  • Medical advocacy
  • Insights newsletter
  • Whole health webinars

Accessing needed support and assistance can be done through a variety of ways:

  • In-moment counseling support — instantly connect to an EAP clinician by phone
  • Video counseling
  • Telephonic sessions
  • In-person sessions — meet with a local AllOne Health EAP clinician
  • Text and chat options, available through the member portal

Additionally, via the member portal individuals can:

  • Explore the online financial wellness center
  • Enhance their well-being with self-care assessments and soft skills courses
  • Access a wealth of resources: 1,000-plus articles, podcasts, well-being materials and more
  • Attend free whole health webinars: Register for upcoming webinars and watch recorded webinars — new subject material is offered monthly

The EAP benefit via AllOne Health covers six confidential short-term counseling visits and is at no cost to employees and their dependents covered under a Purdue health plan. Additionally, the behavioral health counselors at the Center for Healthy Living on Purdue’s West Lafayette campus continue to be available to serve long-term therapy needs.

Individuals who engaged with SupportLinc prior to Dec. 31, 2024, also are able to finish their remaining sessions with a SupportLinc counselor; doing so will not impact the six counseling visits available via AllOne Health in 2025.

  • Call toll-free at 888-981-4692.
  • Visit AllOneHealth/DeerOaks to access the member portal.
    • Once on the website, click “sign up” and create an account using your email address and company code: purdue
