Purdue Men's Club Basketball claims national championship

The Purdue Men's Club Basketball team recently claimed its first national championship.

The team traveled to Cleveland, Ohio, for the championship tournament, conducted by the National Club Basketball Association, and faced teams from St. John's, Michigan State and Pittsburgh. Purdue beat all three teams to capture the championship.

Players for Purdue were Tony Orr, Isaac Panfil, Ted Young, Mike Montgomery, Scott Chemma, Myles Ward, Darren Young, Casey Dunn, JT Thomas, Blake Gross, Tyler Howat, Ross Naylor, Azariah Smith and Cody Ubelhor. Their coaches were Lucas Eitel, Tim Ford and Lamont Lane. Rachael Rayford served as an advisor.
