PayFlex simplifying member website to improve user experience

PayFlex, Purdue's administrator for health savings accounts and flexible spending accounts, is debuting a new, more user-friendly PayFlex member website Wednesday (Sept. 27).  In keeping with the goal to create a simple way to manage HSA and FSA accounts, the redesigned website moves away from using the HealthHub URL to provide a personalized website for each member at www.payflex.com.

The new look and feel offers a clean dashboard that requires fewer clicks, easier navigation and a refreshed appearance, all designed to provide a better, easier user experience. 

Those already registered with PayFlex will continue to use their same username and password. Any notification preferences and direct deposit arrangements currently in place will not be affected by the redesign. Those who have not yet registered are encouraged to do so. Once logged in, members will see the Purdue logo and Purdue-dedicated contact information.

The current purdue.healthhub.com site will redirect to www.payflex.com for 12 months; after 12 months, members must log in via the new PayFlex site.

HSA and FSA information is also available on the Benefits website under “Current Employees” in the top navigation.
