Vendor transition at Center for Healthy Living is now in effect

Purdue's Human Resources department would like to remind faculty and staff of some exciting changes to the corporate health benefits, effective July 1. Purdue's Center for Healthy Living on the West Lafayette campus is now managed by One to One Health, a private, physician-led company. One to One Health will focus on providing quality primary and acute care as well as continuing all wellness, lab work and coaching services. One to One Health will heavily focus on patient access and experience.

What to expect

* Continuum of care. All patient health records from previous visits have been migrated to the new system, so providers will be well-informed of patients’ complete medical history.

* Same operating hours and location. Please note: The center will be closed today (July 3) in preparation for the management transition from Premise Health to One to One Health as well as Tuesday (July 4) in observance of Independence Day. The center will reopen at 7 a.m. Wednesday (July 5) and will resume regular hours of operation for medical appointments, 7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday. Lab hours also will remain the same from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

* Tier 1 Lab will continue to be operated by Mid America Clinical Laboratories with hours remaining the same and will be available from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

* Appointments already scheduled will be honored and transitioned over to One to One Health’s management. Online appointment scheduling will continue to be available via the employee portal link on the center’s website; appointments can also be made by calling the center at 765-494-0111.

* Familiar and new faces. Many of the clinical staff members will continue to provide care at the Center for Healthy Living. Additionally, One to One is adding community physicians from local care providers Unity and American Health Network.
