AY Summer Savings Program to be discontinued following summer 2018
As the University reviews its current business processes in an effort to streamline, simplify, organize and automate the way business is done, the AY Summer Savings Program -- a voluntary program for academic-year faculty and staff who like to receive 12 monthly disbursements -- was identified as a heavily manual program with very few participants. Therefore, the current Summer Savings Program for academic-year faculty and staff will be discontinued after the final summer 2018 payouts.
Affected individuals were notified directly via email and letters to their homes. Individuals wishing to continue a summer savings program can do so via a separate bank account of their choice.
