Securian Financial launches new brand, logo; change affects logo used for Minnesota Life

Purdue’s life insurance is issued by Minnesota Life Insurance Co., an affiliate of Securian Financial. Human Resources is alerting benefits-eligible employees who participate in life insurance through Minnesota Life that they will see a new logo associated with the company as part of Securian Financial’s new brand launch and marketing campaign.

Employees will continue to see the name of their underwriting company, Minnesota Life, in some capacities, as that name did not change. The business fundamentals also did not change; aside from seeing the new logo, it is business as usual.
