Nominations sought for 2019 Focus Awards

The Office of Institutional Equity is seeking nominations for the 2019 Focus Awards.

The Focus Awards are given annually to those affiliated with Purdue who have made an outstanding contribution in furtherance of the University's commitment to disability accessibility and disability diversity initiatives. 

The 2019 Focus Awards will be presented at the Disability Awareness Month reception at 10 a.m. March 7 in Purdue Memorial Union, West Faculty Lounge. One award is offered in each of the following categories: faculty, staff, student and organization. Nominations of alumni and retirees will also be considered. To submit a nomination for the 2019 Focus Awards, complete and return the nomination form and attachments to Elizabeth Mesaros by Feb. 7 by email at equity@purdue.edu or the Office of Institutional Equity in Young Hall (YONG).
