Update to Leaves of Absence policy

Effective today (April 1), the policy on Leaves of Absence (VI.E.2) includes bereavement leave for the death of an unborn or stillborn child. Additional updates to the policy simplify language pertaining to FMLA, job transfers, and records retention.
