Purdue and Duke Energy receive project of the year award for combined heat and power plant

Purdue University and Duke Energy have been recognized by the Combined Heat and Power Alliance (CHP Alliance) for their partnership on the CHP plant. The alliance recently presented Purdue and Duke Energy with the 2022 CHP Project of the Year Award, specifically recognizing project benefits that include emissions reductions, improved reliability and system efficiency.
