2023 wellness incentives available for Purdue, Purdue Global benefits-eligible employees, spouses

In 2023 the university remains committed to overall health and well-being for its faculty, staff and families. Benefits-eligible employees of Purdue and Purdue Global, as well as dependents covered on a Purdue or Purdue Global health plan, can earn wellness incentives by making preventive care a priority this year. 

Wellness incentives can be earned between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31 by completing an annual physical (step 1, required). Individuals can earn extra incentives via step 2, which is optional.

Note: Individuals can complete the steps in whatever order works best for them, but keep in mind that the annual physical must be uploaded before any additional incentive dollars earned through step 2 can be paid.
