Administrative Operations Fiscal Year 2022 Highlights showcases organization’s work and achievements

The Administrative Operations organization supports Purdue University's day-to-day operations and strategic vision for the future. The organization provides a wide range of services for the campus community, including new construction, university purchasing, custodial services, public safety, utilities, landscaping and more. The Administrative Operations Fiscal Year 2022 Highlights document showcases this work and many of the organization’s achievements.

By reviewing the document, individuals will become acquainted with AO’s culture, including its three guiding principles, purpose and values.

“The Administrative Operations organization is diverse in the work that we do, but all of our staff have a common purpose: We power Purdue,” said Michael B. Cline, senior vice president for Administrative Operations. “This is our organization’s way of saying that we’ll take care of making sure campus operations are safe and reliable – while also looking forward to ensure the right infrastructure is in place for future innovations – so that Purdue’s core mission of education and research can continue seamlessly.”

The FY22 Highlights document details information about the various units and departments that make up AO to help provide a better understanding of how it operates. The document also includes information on the organization’s goals, key performance indicators and financials. Accomplishments highlighted include several topics from Protect Purdue efforts to the Small Modular Reactor nuclear study.

With more than 1,200 employees, Cline says the Highlights document would not be complete without featuring some of the staff members who make the organization’s success possible.

The Fiscal Year 2022 Highlights document, which also includes a look at AO’s FY23 goals, is available on the Administrative Operations website.
