Office of Institutional Equity to honor 2023 Focus Award recipients; campus community invited to attend

The Office of Institutional Equity on March 7 will honor the 2023 Focus Awards recipients with a reception. The Focus Awards are given annually to those affiliated with Purdue who have made an outstanding contribution in furtherance of the university’s commitment to disability accessibility and disability diversity initiatives.

The 2023 Focus Awards will be presented at the Disability Awareness Month reception at 10 a.m. March 7 in the Purdue Memorial Union’s West Faculty Lounge. Because in-person ceremonies were not held in 2021 and 2022 due to COVID-19, Focus Award recipients from those previous years also will be honored during the event.
