The Office of the Registrar is seeking student groups to serve as bag checkers for the 2023 Spring Commencement ceremonies.

Bag checkers work at the entrances of Elliott Hall of Music before, during and after each ceremony. Shifts start when Elliott Hall doors open to guests 90 minutes before the event’s start time, and workers will be released when the ceremony is over. The number of workers at each door may be reduced once the ceremony starts.
